Edward F. Escubedo - President
Mr. Escubedo has served as President of ComnetiX since our inception in 1980. He has 27 years of experience in software development, focusing on law enforcement public safety solutions development. During his career, he has worked closely with numerous international agencies to identify opportunities where technology can assist in improving performance in law enforcement operations. Upon graduation from the University of Toronto in 1975, Mr. Escubedo joined the RCMP as a civilian systems developer. In 1977, he moved to Versaterm Systems Limited, founded by the Director of Informatics at the RCMP, as Manager of Database Systems. In late 1979 and 1980, he was Director of Software Services for Canavest House Ltd., a Toronto investment dealer. Mr. Escubedo is a member of the International Association of Identification, which acts as an advisor to numerous law enforcement agencies in the development of common standards.

John Conohan - Vice-President Fingerprinting Services
Mr. Conohan joined ComnetiX in September 2004 and serves as the Vice President of Fingerprinting Services. Mr. Conohan was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) from 1971 to 1996. While with the RMCP Mr. Conohan served with General Detachment (uniformed duties), Plain Clothes Investigation, Customs and Immigration and Overseas Fraud Investigation. In 1994 Mr. Conohan incorporated International Fingerprint Services Canada (IFSC), where he serves as President until 2004.

Michael Pearson - Vice-President, Marketing and Business Development
Prior to joining ComnetiX as Vice-President Marketing and Business Development in 2005, Mr. Pearson served as Managing Director, North America at SMITHS-Heimann Biometrics, where he developed the North America Biometrics Business Unit from point zero. During his tenure there, he helped win significant federal and non-criminal contracts, as well as establish robust channel partner relationships that serviced the criminal justice market. Prior to joining SMITHS in 2000, Pearson served as both Vice-President of Sales International and North America at Identix. In 1986 Pearson was employed as Director of Sales at SAGEM/Morpho, Inc (SMI) where he helped drive the company’s growth as it became one of the top AFIS companies in North America; he ended his career at SMI in 1996 as Vice-President Sales and Marketing.

Alan Brousseau - Vice-President, Applicant Fingerprint Services
Mr. Brousseau has worked with ComnetiX as a financial advisor and
consultant since March 2001, and was appointed Vice-President Business Development and Investor Relations in 2004 prior to his recent appointment as Vice-President Applicant Fingerprinting Services (USA). Prior to joining ComnetiX, Mr. Brousseau co-founded and managed Inverness Capital Corporation, a boutique investment firm in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Brousseau had also previously served as the Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs
for Zconnexx Corporation, and is licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario. He earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors in Economics) from Concordia University
