Police Clearance Certificates

There are growing demands for employee clearance of criminal records through fingerprinting and background checks and an increasing number of corporations are now requiring their new employees provide proof of clearance prior to hiring.

ComnetiX Fingerprinting Services, Canada can help you obtain your Police Clearance Certificate through their contracts and agreements with Canada’s police forces. Information is obtained via check of “name and date of birth” on behalf of you, the applicant. The “name check” is made against the “National Repository for criminal records in Canada” maintained by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

With employee consent, employers can be advised of the results of this check within 24-48 hours. The applicant receives the original “Canadian Police Certificate” signed by the police force.
